Clinical / Practicum Supervision
Clinical & Translational Exercise Physiology Laboratory, Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary (2018 - 2020)
I currently work as a Research Specialist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist in this research laboratory. I have mentored five undergraduate and one graduate student since starting in this role in the Fall of 2018.

“For me, the best aspect of your mentorship was that you cultivated an environment that inspired and invoked independence. I always felt that I was working with you and collaborating with you as opposed to being told what to do all the time.”
Queensland University of Technology, QUT Health Clinics (2013 - 2016)
While employed at QUT as a Clinical Academic, I was a leader in the establishment of the student-led exercise physiology clinic within the multidisciplinary QUT Health Clinics. As a Clinical Supervisor, I was responsible for mentoring students in subsequent 6-week full-time placement blocks from April to November annually to provide high-quality, client-centred, and evidence-based exercise physiology services to the public. The clinic successfully provides the fourth-year clinical exercise physiology student cohort (80 students) with a real-world capstone learning environment and practicum placement opportunities throughout the year.
XNB 484/485: Co-Unit Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor: Practicum A & B
